GIC Graduate Scheme – Sales & Marketing
£25,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE Year 1: £29–40K+)
Full-Time | 9:00am – 5:30pm | London Bridge | Office-Based
Global Insight Conferences (GIC), a market-leading B2B events company, is launching our brand-new Graduate Scheme 2025 for ambitious, driven, and energetic graduates ready to kickstart a fast-paced career in the events industry.
This 18-month rotational programme gives you real responsibility, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from day one—all while building the skills to accelerate into a permanent role.

How the Graduate Scheme Works:

Rotation 1: Delegate Sales (6 months)

Turn marketing leads into delegate bookings
Build your sales pipeline and hit revenue targets
Communicate confidently via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Earn uncapped commission on every sale

Rotation 2: Sponsorship Sales (12 months)

Work on high-value sponsorship deals with leading brands
Engage senior decision-makers and build strategic partnerships
Negotiate larger, revenue-generating commercial opportunities
Maximise your earning potential with enhanced commission

High performers at the end of the scheme will progress into permanent roles tailored to their strengths and career goals.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking graduates who are:

Confident communicators, comfortable talking on the phone
Bright, ambitious, and eager to learn in a high-performance environment
Organised, detail-focused, and proactive problem-solvers
Familiar with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and digital tools
Experienced in any work setting (1+ year part-time/full-time preferred)

Internships

Only graduates with first class or high upper second degree should apply.
