Position Overview: You will play a key role in supporting international sales activity by ensuring customer requirements, quotations, and orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Working closely with regional sales teams, partners, and internal departments, you will help drive smooth communication between stakeholders, accelerate sales opportunities, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across global markets.

This role combines coordination, customer engagement, and commercial support to help strengthen MasterMover’s international sales operations and ensure timely delivery of solutions to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Support international sales activity by coordinating customer enquiries, quotations, and order progression

• Act as a key point of contact between customers, sales partners, and internal departments

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales information, documentation, and CRM updates

• Liaise with engineering, production, and logistics teams to support order fulfilment and delivery timelines

• Assist in maintaining and progressing the global sales pipeline in collaboration with regional teams

• Support sales partners with product information, pricing, and technical documentation

• Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth customer experience

• Contribute to reporting, sales tracking, and market intelligence using CRM systems

• Support preparation of sales materials, presentations, and customer communications

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills and an interest in international sales and commercial operations. You will enjoy working across teams, managing multiple priorities, and supporting global business activity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail

• Good communication and relationship-building abilities across cultures

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach

• IT proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce)

• An interest in sales, international business, or commercial operations

• Ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
