Graduate Business Development Executive
£17-20k Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £25-30k) + Benefits

A Business Development Executive’s role is in sourcing, generating and building new business opportunities in the copy and print arena. Responsible for identifying sales leads, sourcing new opportunities and potential clients with the aim to set qualified appointments for our field sales people. Identifying, qualifying and speaking with business opportunities and tracking leads will be daily tasks and building business relationships with clients will also be essential.
What do I need?
Educated to degree level, you must be able to demonstrate a passion and drive to forge a successful career in sales.
You will have strong communication skills with the ability to influence customers and uncover potential opportunities, be self-motivated and possess an excellent telephone manner and strong listening and questioning skills.
