The Role

This is a fast-paced property sales role focused on progressing buyers and sellers through the sales journey and securing successful property sales.

You’ll work with motivated buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, manage property sales opportunities and help customers achieve the best possible outcome.

This is not cold calling. You’ll be working with active buyers, sellers and existing enquiries, building relationships and driving transactions through to completion.

Your Responsibilities

Manage property enquiries and sales opportunities

Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers

Conduct detailed customer qualification

Negotiate offers and agree sales

Progress opportunities through the sales pipeline

Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process

Deliver outstanding customer service

Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets

What We’re Looking For

Experience in estate agency, property sales, telesales, business development or consultative sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport and influence decisions

Target-driven with a passion for delivering results

Commercially minded and customer focused

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Property experience is beneficial but not essential.

If you’ve built a successful career in sales and enjoy building relationships, negotiating deals and achieving targets, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed in property.
