Dantek is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join our commercial team. This is an opportunity to build long-term career progression within a specialist, statutory compliance industry.
We protect buildings and the people within them by delivering expert water hygiene and legionella compliance services. You’ll receive full technical training and develop into a trusted specialist while learning how to convert enquiries into long-term customer relationships.
This role is ideal for someone competitive, organised, and eager to learn — who wants to grow into a high-performing sales professional.
You will be the first point of contact for new business enquiries, so a friendly, welcoming, and professional approach is important to ensure that we give the right first impression and respond to every enquiry quickly.
What you’ll be doing
Managing inbound enquiries and converting them into sales
Proactively generating new business opportunities
Preparing and following up on quotes and proposals
Building long-term relationships with clients
Supporting contract renewals and account growth
Working towards revenue targets and incentives
Delivering a high-quality, professional customer experience
About You
Competitive with entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and energy
Comfortable generating and converting new business
Enjoys building customer relationships and converting quotes
Has a proactive, “pick up the phone” attitude
Genuine interest and curiosity to become a specialist in legionella control
Excellent process and organisational skills
Good Microsoft 365 skills
Have a degree or equivalent qualification
Package & Benefits:
Up to £33k OTE

28 days annual leave, including bank holidays (increasing with service)

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm
