An opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales / Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager to take overall responsibility for a high potential, customer-facing sales function.

The Role

Leading Sales Managers and wider sales teams, the Head of Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing sales strategy and creating a consistently strong customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
Setting and delivering sales targets and KPIs.
Driving sales strategy, performance and conversion.
Coaching and developing Sales Managers.
Monitoring forecasts, reporting and commercial performance.
Improving sales processes and customer experience.
Building strong stakeholder relationships.

Experience Required

The ideal candidate will have senior sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing successful customer-facing sales teams and delivering against challenging targets.

Experience in housebuilding is advantageous but not essential. Applications are welcomed from experienced sales leaders from other sectors where face-to-face customer engagement and team performance are central to the role.

Remuneration

Competitive salary and benefits package, dependent on experience.
