You will lead from the front, actively selling vehicles, supporting the sales team in achieving their targets, and ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class buying experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading by example through delivering strong personal vehicle sales performance
Supporting and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Managing the sales process from enquiry through to vehicle handover
Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the purchase journey
Assisting with vehicle appraisals, deal structuring, finance presentations and closing sales opportunities
Maximising every opportunity to sell finance, service plans and additional products
Coaching and developing Sales Executives to improve performance and customer satisfaction
Monitoring sales activity, pipeline management and showroom standards
Using digital marketing channels, online platforms and social media to generate leads and promote the brand
Keeping up to date with the latest Škoda products, technologies and industry developments
What We’re Looking For
Proven success within automotive retail sales, ideally as a Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive or Sales Controller
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
A natural leader with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others
Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills
Commercially aware with a strong focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
Comfortable using technology and demonstrating vehicle features to customers
Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated
Full UK driving licence essential
