Salary: £21,890 (plus commission & bonus opportunities)

Contract Type: Permanent. 4 days a week

Hours: 30 hours per week Monday – Sunday

That’s why we’re looking for a Holiday Sales Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, building genuine connections, and helping customers choose the right holiday for them. With a strong focus on understanding our guests’ needs, attention to detail, and getting it right first time, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences from the very first interaction.

Whether it’s a family getaway, a romantic retreat, or an outdoor adventure, you’ll guide our guests every step of the way, helping them turn their plans into unforgettable memories. As a key part of our central sales team, you’ll be the friendly voice on the end of the phone or the speedy reply to an inbox query. You’ll help new and returning customers plan their next escape while smashing sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.

Typical duties and responsibilities include:

Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers with warmth, speed and accuracy
Managing bookings for all Verdant parks, converting enquiries into confirmed holidays
Maximising every booking by cross selling alternative parks, upselling accommodation upgrades, extra nights, and special extras.
Providing tailored advice to help customers choose the perfect park, accommodation and experience
Making outbound calls to previous guests to promote new offers and encourage repeat visits
Accurately maintaining records and booking details in our system
Supporting admin tasks and maintaining high standards across every interaction

About the Person: You’re a people person with energy to spare, and you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Sales targets don’t scare you, in fact, they motivate you. You take pride in being helpful, organised and professional at all times. You know how to listen, build rapport quickly, and turn a conversation into a booking that leaves the customer smiling.

You’ll Bring:

Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a sales or telesales focus
A confident and engaging phone manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Resilience, adaptability and a positive outlook – even on busy days
A passion for holidays and creating great customer experience
