Our client is a family originated SME in the technology sector that offer a dynamic environment and offer long term progression opportunities! Due to continued success they are seeking a customer centric candidate who ideally has knowledge of consumer electronics & networking, and a spark for top customer service to come and join the team!

Role & Responsibilities  

Working from the HQ in Epsom, this role is mainly telephone based but is far more than a simple order taking job. The successful candidate must be able to give detailed advice from their product knowledge (ongoing training provided) manage their accounts and develop business in a structured manner to ensure customer are continuing to place orders and be aware of new, exciting products.

With a mixture of top audio-visual brands sitting alongside more specialist installation oriented brands, the ideal candidate will need to develop and maintain a good knowledge of product features.

Ongoing product training will be provided, but a natural aptitude for consumer electronics and customer service is essential.

Experience & Attributes Required

  • A passion for technology in particular electronic consumer goods
  • Enjoy continual learning
  • Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with new and existing customers via phone and email
  • Experience working to targets is preferred though not essential
  • Be an upbeat team player who is happy to work in a great environment!
