A reputable family-run business based in Ilkeston are now recruiting an Internal Sales Advisor who has a passion for customer service to contribute towards their growing success.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- 2 Years’ experience in Customer Service or similar role
- An excellent telephone manner
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks
- Used to working to KPI’s to increase GP
- Naturally confident with ability to build rapport at all levels
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Working closely with the External Sales Team to care for existing customers
- Working as part of the customer service team in the office
- Processing sales orders
- Developing and moving forward exiting and web customers using Sales-I CRM system
- Making sales related decisions in the confidence of the management
- Contacting existing and lapsed business to promote offers or new products
- Sending out samples of materials
- Dealing with a high level of incoming calls
- Preparing quotes for sales reps
- Taking part in ongoing training programs
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £19,000-£21,000 and commission after 3 months
Working hours are 8:30 – 5pm Monday/ Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm Friday
