£30,000 – £35,000 Uncapped Team Bonus

The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a national packaging business that is continuing to grow. They are looking for an experienced Internal Sales professional who is confident, proactive, and enjoys identifying new business opportunities.
You will play a key role in supporting customers, generating leads, and strengthening the company’s marketing and online presence.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Enjoys a fast-paced sales environment
Takes initiative and enjoys variety
Wants to broaden their skillset into marketing
The Role
Sales & Account Support
Identify and generate new sales opportunities, booking appointments for the external sales team
Handle incoming sales calls and customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare quotations, process orders, and provide day-to-day sales administration support
Follow up on leads and opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Support the Sales Manager with product updates, pricing reviews, and customer communications
Marketing Responsibilities
Manage and create content for social media platforms
Engage with comments and industry-related posts on company pages
Produce content for promotional campaigns, email marketing, and circulars
Update pricing and product information using Excel to support the wider sales team
The Candidate
Previous experience in an internal sales or sales support role is essential
Confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills
Working knowledge of social media platforms
Good Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Genuine interest or passion for marketing
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
The Package
£30,000 – £35,000 salary depending on experience
Uncapped team bonus linked to company performance
Hybrid working arrangement
