Junior Sales Responsibilities:
Proactively make outbound calls to identify potential business opportunities and pass qualified leads to the Account Manager
Support the wider sales team by researching prospects and gathering key information
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, successfully contributing to long-term account growth
Effectively represent the company by promoting products and services in a professional manner
Work towards agreed targets, aiming to exceed expectations
Support basic sales administration and ensure accurate recording of calls, leads, and general sales activity
Junior Sales Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in B2B sales or a target-driven outbound calling role
Confident making outbound calls and identifying opportunities
Strong administration skills, able to keep on top of the CRM and potential leads
Naturally ambitious, proactive, and motivated to hit targets
Resilient with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An enthusiastic team player, who can work on own initiative
