Lead MRO Sales Specialist Objective is to forge lasting customer relationships to drive revenue growth Daily Responsibilities:

Present, promote, and effectively sell products/services to both existing and prospective customers.
Conduct thorough cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing/potential customers to tailor solutions to their requirements.
Cultivate and sustain positive business and customer relationships, ensuring delivery of exceptional service.
Proactively generate new sales leads, identify potential customers, and evaluate their needs.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and quotations to customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with customers.
Expedite resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction levels.
Provide Sales Leadership with regular updates on customer feedback, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to formulate marketing plans and strategies for existing and new products/services.
Conduct regular customer visits to discuss requirements and introduce new offerings.
Maintain up-to-date records of all sales and lead activities in the CRM system.
Monitor the aerospace industry for emerging business opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

3-5 years of technical and/or sales experience in the aerospace industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level.
Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and quoting/proposal tools.
Familiarity with effective sales strategies and tactics.
Technical understanding of aerospace products and systems is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Analytical acumen for research, forecasting, and proposal development.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Capacity to devise comprehensive business plans and strategies.

Essential Functions:

Understanding of FAA and Quality Assurance Regulations/requirements.
Availability to travel within the United States and Canada.
Adherence to established policies and service procedures.
Responsible for preparing expense claims, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
Travel required up to 50%.
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent qualification.
