Location: Filed based – anywhere along M4 Corridor

Our client is an expanding healthcare products manufacturer and distributor who seeks a new Regional Sales Manager to develop sales in the South of England, especially along the M4 Corridor.

They are a business that pride themselves on exceptional customer service, product quality and employee engagement. They value all of these things as it makes a material difference to the quality of life for their customers. This is important to note because as a sales person you need to know that the products you are selling are serving huge benefit to society. This is what the company would like someone in this role to be motivated by – doing good for the benefit of others.

To help them filter through candidates, there is a stipulation that candidates MUST have experience selling healthcare products from a field sales / home-based perspective.

If you have this experience, then the rest of the role should come as second nature:

* Agreeing and delivering against sales targets

* Arranging sales meetings and product demonstrations with customers

* Arranging and attending key account meetings

* Submitting sales data reports weekly and monthly
