Overview
Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a market leading business based on the outskirts of Nottingham to find a passionate sales professional to join there expanding team.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships, cross selling and up selling where possible. There are also requirements to generate new business in the role, capitalising on warm leads. The role involves working 32 hours per weeks, Monday – Friday 9am-4pm.
There is a basic salary of c£22,000 with an excellent commission structure offering an OTE c£30k, though it’s possible to earn over double this amount when established on the role.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience working in a sales role
Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers
Proficient in using computer software systems for data entry and customer management – all training will be provided
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Passion for sales and enjoy communicating with people
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to an existing portfolio of customers
Introduce and promote products and services to potential customers via warm leads
Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits
Record customer details and sales information accurately in the software system provided
Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments
