Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and case studies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and on-brand materials.

Social Media Management:

Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns (paid and organic) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor social media channels and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
Compile and analyse data to assist in making informed marketing decisions.

Campaign Coordination:

Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns, from concept development to execution.
Work closely with team members to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining organised project files.
Supporting and implementing changes on our CRM system (HubSpot) – full training will be provided.
Data analysis through our account-based marketing software (Demandbase) to support the growing Sales Development team – full training will be provided.

Requirements for Success:

College or CIM marketing qualifications, business, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
Experience in sales coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and CRM management.
Knowledge of HubSpot CRM and its functionalities.
Strong self-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Working Details

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with flexible working hours.

Location: On-site. Nestled within the grounds of Dunston Hall, Staffordshire, conveniently situated off J13 of the M6 with free on-site parking.

Salary: £24,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
