At Agincare, we’re passionate about helping people live independently and well. As our Marketing & Events Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in promoting our services, supporting occupancy growth across our care homes, enhancing our brand, and helping more people discover the care and support they need.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, creative and proactive individual looking to develop their marketing career within a growing national organisation. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines while working alongside a supportive and experienced team based at our stunning Head Office overlooking Portland Harbour.

How you’ll make an impact

As part of the marketing team, you’ll help bring our campaigns, events and communications to life by:

Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enquiries and occupancy
Coordinating internal and external events, from logistics and suppliers through to attendee communications and event materials
Creating and supporting engaging content across digital, social media, website and print channels
Managing marketing administration, campaign schedules, assets and supplier relationships to keep projects running smoothly
Working closely with care homes and services across the business to support local marketing initiatives and community engagement
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, organisation and the effectiveness of marketing activity

We’re looking for someone who is:

Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Creative, curious and genuinely interested in marketing and communications
A confident communicator who enjoys working with a variety of people
Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do approach
Eager to learn, develop and build a successful marketing career

It would be great if you also have experience in:

Marketing campaigns or promotional activity
Event planning or coordination
Social media platforms and content scheduling
Website content management systems
Canva or similar design tools
Project, supplier or stakeholder coordination

What we’ll offer you

Excellent training and development opportunities
Exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines and projects
Genuine opportunities for career progression
Employee Assistance Programme
Blue Light Card discounts
Employee rewards and recognition schemes
A supportive, collaborative team environment
The chance to make a real difference within a growing national care organisation
