Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Skipton

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Salary: £27,500 – £38,500 – includes company bonus structure

Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days from home

We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join a fast growing, supportive team in Skipton.

This isn’t just another marketing position. You’ll play a central role in planning, delivering and optimising campaigns that showcase our clients and their professional relationships. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to create engaging content, manage relationships and drive results. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, with genuine opportunities to develop your marketing expertise and grow with a business that values creativity, initiative and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage and nurture relationships with external parties, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring campaigns and collaborations deliver impact.
Plan and deliver marketing activity, including content creation, newsletters, PR, video and social media, ensuring alignment with wider marketing priorities and objectives.
Support lead generation activity via CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), tracking campaign performance alongside other metrics.
Plan and coordinate events, initiatives and brand activations, bringing energy, creativity and attention to detail to every project.
Maintain accurate records and reporting for all activity, keeping data up to date and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Contribute proactively to improving processes, resources and campaign performance, helping enhance overall experience.

About You

Experience in marketing, partnerships, or in a marketing led account management role, with strong communication skills.
Highly organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Confident in copywriting, proofreading and creating clear, engaging marketing content.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic Excel skills; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
Self starter with creative thinking, able to coordinate activity across internal teams and external partners.
Motivated by working for a business with positive impact, helping drive growth and create lasting value.
