Marketing Manager | Birmingham | £40,000 DOE
Looking for a 360 marketing role, working for an innovative, Birmingham-based, B2B Manufacturing company? Get involved across Digital Strategy, implementation, SEO/web management, with the opportunity to attend events and conferences. You’ll have your own small team to help, too!
Whilst some brand guidelines are in place already, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role will lead all marketing activity and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
The Role:
Led the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals while managing budgets, team performance, and outputs to drive brand growth and revenue
Managed end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, including site-based projects and video production, coordinating stakeholders and production teams to achieve high-quality and timely results
Directed all digital marketing activities such as CRM systems, email campaigns, social media, SEO, web management, display advertising, and on-hold marketing, maintaining consistent optimisation and brand alignment
Identified and pursued new market opportunities through research, competitor analysis, and industry monitoring, while building stakeholder relationships and representing the company at events to expand reach and network
Collaborated with cross-functional teams and reported regularly to senior management on performance, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and maintaining effective, outcome-focused processes
