We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Motability Sales Executive to join our team at Vertu Nissan Sheffield.

This role offers a competitive basic salary of £22,000, with a clear and achievable commission structure that can take your earnings well beyond an on-target level of £45,000.

There is no weekend working for this position, every weekend is your own!

About the role

As a Motability Sales Executive, your focus will be on supporting customers to find the right vehicle for their needs. This is a busy, high-demand environment, but the priority is always quality of service over unrealistic targets.

You’ll be working with an established customer base, offering guidance, clear information, and reassurance throughout the buying journey. The aim is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting customers in identifying the right vehicle for their individual needs
Building relationships with customers through in-person, online, and community engagement
Providing clear, accurate information to support confident decision-making
Presenting our range of vehicles and services in an accessible and engaging way
Managing your workload in a structured and organised way to ensure a smooth customer journey

What we’re looking for

An accreditation for selling Motability vehicles
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and without jargon
A patient, organised and supportive approach to customer interactions
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
