Yellow Bridge Recruitment are assisting their established FMCG manufacturer client in the search for a National Account Manager due to the expansion of their sales team. The company is based in the South of the UK, but candidates can be located across the South of the UK with a home office, and the requirement to visit the head office once a month.
Working closely with existing and new client accounts in the highstreet, supermarket and department store markets, you will be promoting the company’s range of products.
Meet and exceed planned sales targets and objectives for your group of accounts.
Develop and win new business across your targeted sector/area.
Build strong customer relationships across your account base including key personnel at all levels.
Provide accurate sales forecasting of revenue and volume of sales.
Undertake a regular account analysis to ensure you deliver first class standard across service and product.
Prioritise strategic account plans with your largest and most valuable accounts.
Using CRM on a daily basis to ensure all client records are accurate and up to date.
Previous Key Account or National Account Management experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
A strong communicator, proficient in both written and spoken English.
A solid commercial acumen.
Comfortable engaging with and presenting to senior level stakeholders.
A full UK driving licence.
The successful candidates will be home of office based (depending on location) for one or two days a week, with the rest spent conducting client visits.
A salary of £50,000pa plus car plus commission (OTE to be confirmed).
