We are looking for Outbound Sales Associates to join our award-winning company, Call centre/Outbound sales experience is beneficial but not essential as we will provide full training and you will be supported by an experienced team who are perfectly equipped to unlock your potential, develop your product knowledge, and help drive your success

The key role responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to potential new customers and identifying new business prospects to be followed up by the sales team

• Developing a progressive relationship with potential clients with excellent rapport building

• Achieving monthly Revenue targets

Skills and Qualities that we are looking for:

· A great telephone manner

· The confidence to deal with a broad range of customers

· First class communication skills

· Driven mindset

What will we offer?

• 18.6K -24K depending on experience, Uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)

• 20 days holidays plus bank holidays

• Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm (half day on Friday for hitting weekly target)
