Position: Principal Sales Director – Cleaning (National Growth Leadership Role)
Where: National role with strategic travel across the UK and access to all Kingdom offices
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm, or aligned to the commercial demands and strategic objectives of the role
Salary: £80,000 Per Annum + Uncapped Performance-Related Bonus Scheme

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth Acceleration
Architect, own and execute a high-impact national sales strategy delivering sustained revenue and margin growth
Lead from the front in proactive pipeline generation, strategic prospecting and conversion excellence
Unlock and capitalise on cross-divisional growth opportunities across Kingdom Services Group
Leverage market intelligence, competitor insight and sector trends to refine and future-proof sales strategy
Oversee and elevate tender excellence, ensuring compelling, commercially robust submissions
Leadership & High-Performance Team Development
Build, inspire and scale a high-performing national cleaning sales function
Drive a performance culture through structured KPI frameworks, measurable outputs and accountability
Implement strategic workforce planning and succession pathways aligned to ambitious growth targets
Coach, mentor and challenge teams to exceed expectations and break performance ceilings
Champion Kingdom CARE values, embedding culture, engagement and visibility across your division
Client Impact & Commercial Excellence
Cultivate influential relationships with C-Suite and senior decision-makers across target markets
Deliver persuasive, insight-led strategic presentations that position Kingdom as partner of choice
Transform client vision into innovative, solution-driven and commercially optimised service models
Protect and enhance profitability through disciplined pricing governance and commercial rigour
Partner seamlessly with operational leaders to ensure flawless mobilisation and service transition
Governance, Systems & Brand Leadership
Drive excellence in compliance, governance and adherence to Kingdom’s “HOW we do business” framework
Optimise CRM performance (HubSpot advantageous), ensuring data integrity, forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility
Deliver executive-level performance reporting with insight-driven analysis
Act as a visible brand ambassador, amplifying Kingdom’s presence across social and professional platforms
What we are looking for:
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience leading and transforming a cleaning sales team within a service-led organisation
Consistent, demonstrable track record of exceeding ambitious sales and growth targets
Proven success in scaling, restructuring or elevating high-performing sales teams
Strong commercial intellect with the ability to think strategically and execute decisively
Full UK driving licence
Full five-year checkable employment history including references, credit check and right to work in the UK

A confident, credible executive presence with the ability to influence at Director and Board level
Strategically minded yet operationally hands-on when required
Highly disciplined, data-led and performance-oriented
Marketing-savvy, comfortable leveraging digital platforms for brand amplification and outreach
Technically confident across CRM systems (HubSpot advantageous), reporting tools and Microsoft Office
