Our fantastic, thriving Estate Agency client based in Newent (Forest of Dean – Gloucestershire) have a requirement for a Property Sales Negotiator to join their successful residential sales team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to build a successful career in estate agency. We’re looking for someone with a positive, resilient attitude and a proactive, can-do approach. You’ll be confident using your own initiative, well organised and committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
This business is happy to consider candidates who are experienced in this line of work, or somebody keen to get their foot in the door to the property industry.
Key Responsibilities;
– Conducting property viewings and showcasing homes to prospective buyers.
– Managing telephone and email enquirers, ensuring all customers receive a professional and efficient service.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers and other clients throughout the sales process.
– Creating engaging property listings and supporting marketing activities across various channels.
– Carrying out property valuations, with full training and support to develop your skills.
– Managing day-to-day administration and ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately.
– Supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients from initial enquiry through to completion.

Hours: Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
Salary: Basic salary plus commission (OTE £45,000) + awards and access to a full training programme and career development opportunities
