Motivair Compressors Limited provide compressed air solutions to industry we are looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager based in the North of the UK to service the group’s NW/NE and North Midlands based customers.
We are the leader in the design and management of compressed air systems. We are highly regarded by our many blue chip customers throughout the UK and overseas. Key segments include FM, food, pharmaceuticals, defence, utilities, engineering and aerospace.
Having grown rapidly through acquisition, we are seeking a Regional Account Manager who will be responsible for the development of our current and future business in the area but who will also provide cover across the UK for holidays, absence and special projects.
This is a key role, reporting to the Commercial Director, responsible for maximising sales through service contracts and capital sales. Working both independently and with National Account Managers, you will maintain and develop existing customer relationships whilst expanding the range and number of Motivair customers.
You will be of graduate calibre with sales experience ideally gained from a compressor/blue chip service or FMCG background. Whilst a technical sales/engineering background is desirable, evidence of strong, sales techniques, processes and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills are also important to achieve success.
