Retail Sales Advisor
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join a busy, growing showroom. You’ll be the face of the business, helping customers through every step of their journey, from initial enquiry to delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a communication-focused environment and has the self-motivation and drive to succeed.
You’ll need to be proactive, confident and enthusiastic about helping customers find the right solutions, while also achieving personal and team targets.
What You’ll Do:
Provide excellent customer service at every stage
Prepare accurate quotations
Manage leads and opportunities through to sale
Build product knowledge and act as a trusted advisor
Who You Are:
Experienced in retail sales, or motivated to learn
Target-driven and proactive
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Available to work Saturdays
