Job Details

The Role

  • Developing business relationships by providing a team approach to customers
  • Liaising as necessary with all departments, in particular Field Sales, Head Office – which includes the National Distribution Centre
  • Expedite and progress orders and enquiries working closely with product suppliers and the NDC
  • Produce and follow up customer quotations as requested
  • Customer visits as appropriate to support or cover for Field Sales or in respect of stock management agreements

About You

  • You must be a customer-focussed team player that can think on your feet
  • You must be a good communicator who has experience of working with customers both face to face and over the telephone
  • You must have great attention to detail
  • You must be a finisher, who always sees the job through to a sale
  • Experience in Pneumatics, although ideal, is not essential as full training will be provided
  • A driving licence would be advantageous as you may be required to go to other branches and to customer sites
