8.30 – 16.30 Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break 37.5 Hours a week

Administrator for the sales team required for a fast growing and well established company.  The company are people focused and have a really good reputation.  This is new role due to continued growth.

To apply for the role you need to have excellent telephone and administration skills along with being computer literate.  Training on the company’s products and systems will be given.

Your role will be to administrate the sales order process with particular responsibility for the sales activity created through the export and e commerce channels.  This will involve follow up calls and processing customer orders.  The role also involves some general admin.

The role will suit those looking to join an independent company that look after their staff.  The company have continued to win new contracts across the UK and are continuing to recruit as a result.

The role:

*Support Export Manager with all administration of sales

*Follow up calls to customers who have received quote

*Carry out all admin duties required to assist the department

The person required:

*Excellent administration skills

*Excellent telephone skills

*IT literate
