Due to ongoing growth, our client is looking for a Motor Insurance Sales Advisor / Telesales Advisor to join their Insurance Sales team based in Stoke.
The role will involve assisting the vehicle insurance sales team in attaining new business, increasing revenue and retaining and developing robust customer relationships.
The ability to build up rapport and match products with customers’ demands and needs and referring customers to other parts of the business to maximise revenue will become part of the role. Selling products focusing on unique selling points and benefits (not pricing).
This is M-F Office Hours Salary 18-22k with excellent commission
Achieving/exceeding set KPIs such as outbound calls made, sales conversion/volume of sales etc. Adhering to FCA regulations and ensuring that all compliance policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Completing calls to an auditable standard whilst showing the highest level of customer care. Effectively recognise, escalate and record complaints received.
Candidates must have experience in a telesales role and experience within the Insurance/Motor industry with direct insurance.
Above all else you must be communicative and proactive and adaptable to change as your role will grow and develop in line with the company’s growth.
