Sales Consultant

Job Details

We are looking for someone with passion and an eagerness to sell. This is primarily a sales role including all activities involved in the broader sales process. Sales includes the selling of learning systems, services and associated products, primarily to corporate clients. The primary job objectives are to prospect, develop and generate business, negotiate and close sales to agreed monthly and annual targets. The role will include some Key Account Management.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 4-5 years Sales and/or Account Management experience, ideally in a business-to-business environment.
  • Excellent ability to engage in consultative discussions with clients at various levels .
  • Excellent business communication (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional door opening ability.
  • Fast learner, yet patient.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Learning and Development practices and SETA framework.
