Sales Executive
Salary: £26500 – £30,000 basic plus £10,000 – £15,000 ote

Are you confident on the phone, great at building rapport, and driven by hitting targets?
This growing Portsmouth‑based business is expanding its sales team and is looking for a Sales Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced, phone‑focused environment.
What you’ll be doing
Making outbound B2B sales calls to engage prospective clients
Pitching products and services confidently, handling objections, and closing deals
Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs
Managing leads, updating CRM information and working efficiently to daily targets
Supporting smooth onboarding for new clients
Collaborating with the wider team and contributing to a positive sales culture
What we’re looking for
Solid experience in sales
Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people all day
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Friendly, outgoing, and motivated with a team‑focused approach
Competent using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
The details
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm (overtime available)
Location: Lakeside, North Harbour, Portsmouth
