Car Sales Executive – Career Changers Welcome
Location: Volvo Exeter
Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £48,000 realistically

We’re looking for Car Sales Executives from retail, hospitality or other customer‑facing sales backgrounds who want to turn their people skills into a high‑earning, long‑term career.
You don’t need automotive experience – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What you’ll be doing
Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
Arranging and conducting test drives
Building relationships that turn first‑time buyers into loyal, repeat customers
Working to achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team

Have experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer‑facing sales
Are confident, motivated and enjoy speaking to people
Like working towards targets and being rewarded for success

Hold a full UK driving licence
