We’re proud to be working with a well-known and respected production company that operates across the UK & Ireland. Known for their quality, values, and being an Employer of Choice, they’re now looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their Commercial Team at their impressive facility in rural Co. Donegal.

This role focuses specifically on Foodservice and Wholesale customers across Ireland and the UK, managing key accounts, driving new business, and ensuring seamless service and support for both own-label and client-branded products.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the driving force behind customer relationships, product promotions, and commercial success. Key responsibilities include:

Account Management

Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing and new customers

Handle issues swiftly and professionally to ensure top-class service

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and documentation

Analyse customer activity and performance, providing actionable insight

Ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly across internal teams

Product Launch & Promotions

Support the coordination of new product launches and promotional campaigns

Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Logistics to ensure rollouts meet customer expectations

Distribute promotional materials and samples effectively

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare accurate sales reports, customer account data, and performance reviews

Provide strategic insights based on trends and sales analysis

Present data to support internal decision-making and client engagement

Customer Communications & Admin

Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and updates

Coordinate with internal departments on orders, changes, and service delivery

Proactively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Who You Are

Essential

Proven track record in a commercial sales role

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Able to manage competing priorities under pressure

Customer-centric mind-set and solution-focused approach

Full driving licence

Willingness to travel across Ireland & the UK

Desirable:

Background in the food, beverage or FMCG sector

Experience with CRM/ERP systems and order management

Comfortable in cross-functional teams and fast-moving environments

Analytical and data-savvy
