You would be joining our welcoming team of four and work in a busy, high-footfall dealership located on a vibrant retail park — a prime spot that attracts a steady stream of customers. Every day brings variety, with opportunities to sell both new and used vehicles.

Why this role?

Competitive pay: Starting salary of £27,000 plus uncapped commission. Realistic on‑target earnings of £45,000 with top performers earning £60,000+

No experience? No problem! Full training and a structured onboarding programme are provided to set you up for success.

Work-life balance matters

40-hour work week (five 8-hour shifts).
Most Saturdays are worked (our busiest day), but you’ll always get a weekday off.
Sundays are yours — we’re closed, so you can truly recharge.

What you’ll do
As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through their car‑buying journey from start to finish — welcoming them into the dealership, arranging and conducting test drives, and discussing vehicle, finance and accessory options.

You’ll take the time to understand each customer’s needs and match them with the right solution, building strong relationships that turn first‑time buyers into loyal, repeat customers. You’ll connect with customers in person, online, over the phone and via video, so confidence with technology and clear, friendly communication are essential.

Working to achievable targets, you’ll be supported by an experienced management team within a collaborative environment that values great service, rapport‑building and teamwork just as much as sales skills — which is why many of our top performers come from retail or hospitality backgrounds.

What we’re looking for

Have experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer‑facing sales
Are confident, motivated and enjoy speaking to people
Like working towards targets and being rewarded for success
Want a career where effort is properly recognised
A full driving licence (manual & automatic).
