The role will deal with mainly outbound calls from those businesses that are previous clients and then maintaining these accounts to the best standard. The main roles and responsibilities will include…
• Making outbound B2B calls
• Discussing the particular product with the consumer and being able to investigate and get all the relevant information.
• Delivering excellent customer service to the customer
• Responsible for inputting this information into our system.
• To provide clear, accurate and detailed information regarding the company’s unique and innovative products
• Working to and meeting realistic targets
• Any other ad hoc duties
