Sales Executive
Location: Chessington
Salary: £24,500 – £26,000 DOE
Permanent role working Monday – Friday
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients – helping them understand the clients’ services, identifying their needs, and guiding them toward the right solution. You’ll play a key part in growing the client base, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads and enquiries.
Present and explain services in a clear, confident, and consultative manner.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity against targets.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote the business.
Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and client engagement strategies.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, ideally within professional services or client-facing roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative and client-focused approach.
Confident working towards targets and KPIs.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple enquiries at once.
