Basic Salary: £21,000 plus OTE and company benefits
Fancy a career in the motor industry? Look no further whether you are a seasoned automotive professional looking for a change or wanting to start something new. At Dobies Cumbria Motors, we believe selling motor cars has changed dramatically and now requires the following:
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to comfortably communicate with customers over a number of channels including; – Face to Face – Telephone – voice and video calling – Online via email, what’s app, social media channels and online chats – Advanced IT skills including database management, social media exposure, video editing and database management
• Desire to have excellent product knowledge and embrace manufacturer standards and training
• Passion regarding electrification of vehicles and benefits this provides
We are looking for a someone who genuinely wants to learn and has a positive and professional attitude. You do not need previous experience within the automotive industry, it’s your personality and willingness to learn that counts! Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have a full UK driving licence.

• £21,000 basic with commission from 1st sale

If your application is successful, we will conduct relevant employment checks prior to you commencing employment with us. These will include verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. For this role we may also conduct a standard criminal record check and driver’s licence check.
