The role involves:
- Communicating with senior decision-makers
- Sales of print and digital advertising, feature and special report sponsorship
- Developing new features and commercial opportunities
- Sourcing and developing sales leads
- Pitching prospects by phone and email
- Closing deals
Typical deal sizes range between £10,000 and £100,000, but we would love to meet the business development person who can top that!
The successful candidate has the potential to help shape the future of the business by working closely with our production team to set up new products and untapped markets that are in demand to potential clients.
