Telesales Executive

Job Details

The role is to help generate new business and maintain a defined customer base.

Principle Interactions

(i) Reporting to the Sales Manager
(ii) Interaction with external customers and clients
(iii) Interaction with all Skyguard sales employees

Scope of work

– Cold calling businesses to sell the company’s products and services
– Appointment making for the companies ASM’s
– Sourcing and identifying new clients
– Working towards challenging sales targets
– High volume B2B calling
– Closing your own deals
– Account Management
– Some admin duties

Skills and experience

  • We would prefer experience of product and service sales, B2B sales, direct sales or telesales although we will also consider applications from other sectors
  • Previous experience in security industry is NOT required

Personal Characteristics

  • Excellent Communicator
  • Determination to achieve targets
  • Team Player with the ability to use own initiative
  • Proven Telesales Experience
