Sales Manager – Basildon

Are you a results-driven individual with a proven track record of managing mid-sized sales teams and possess a genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing? We’re in search of an ambitious and digitally-focused Sales Manager to join our dynamic Digital Advertising sales team in Basildon

Working as part of the management team you will lead a total team of 8 Marketing Solutions Account managers and Digital Advertising Consultants across a given territory or category. You will ensure you create a coaching culture, where you will lead and develop your sales team’s performance through effective performance coaching, ensuring 50% of your time is spent with your people.

You will maximise marketing spend from a given category and/or territory, by maintaining and increasing business from existing key account customers and continuous sourcing of new business from your team.

You will develop “series” multimedia led revenues through effective embedding and coaching support on all multimedia approaches. You will use data via the company performance management suite to support the growth of lapsed, new and existing customer base. You will establish and maintain a high standard of customer relations, service, and goodwill always with all customers.

You will lead the growth of unique customer count through effective territory management and solution analysis. Finding creative routes to growth. You will confidently lead day to day sales operations, ensuring salespeople’s time is directed and used to maximum effect.

This is a great Sales Manager opportunity with a fantastic base salary and OTE on offer, along with a hybrid working pattern.

Your role duties will include however are not limited to:

Providing SMART objectives to salespeople and allows salespeople to develop using effective coaching, rather than direction.
Providing all salespeople with performance plans that stretch performance and deliver targets and results.
Acquiring strong knowledge of the Company and its solutions, including all digital marketing solutions.
Attending the LOCALiQ Sales Management Development Programme courses, on and offline.
Attending and completing all relevant training workshops as required.
Ensuring that every sales person is developing behaviours and KPI’s in line with SCP progression pathway.
