Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking for your next challenge? Whether you are currently working in a main dealer or an independent garage, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for an experienced sales manager who is tenacious, enthusiastic and comfortable taking responsibility for performance and lead development to join our team in Hull.
Drive Motor Retail is an award-winning car and van dealership, representing the Hyundai and MG brands. We pride ourselves on our exemplary customer service and have won multiple awards as well as the motor trader “Customer Care” award in 2021. Basic Salary £40,000 – OTE £60,000
24 Days holiday + Bank holidays – Increasing with length of service.

Responsibilities:
Ensure showroom and vehicle display areas are neat and tidy
Ensure sales team are fully motivated and correctly targeted
Ensure Drive sales process is fully adhered to
Ensure PSS is at or above the national average
Actively promote Drive within the local community
Ensure profit sheets are raised and passed to accounts within 24 hours of deal being signed
Ensure staff rota’s are maintained and that the showroom is always correctly staffed
Chair morning team meetings
Ensure sales team are controlled to ensure daily prospecting activity and follow-up targets are achieved
