FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established medical and healthcare business with the recruitment of a Sales Manager.
Permanent, full-time position based in Manchester.
Salary
Fully negotiable, depending on experience + bonus + additional benefits
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the sales function across the business.
Drive new business and grow existing customer accounts.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals and commercial partners.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and performance targets.
Support the sales team with key opportunities, negotiations and client meetings.
Identify new markets and opportunities for growth.
Work closely with marketing and operational teams to support commercial objectives.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or senior sales professional.
Experience within medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostics or medical devices would be highly advantageous.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
Strong leadership and team-management experience.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Commercially aware with strong forecasting and pipeline-management ability.
Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
