Sales & Marketing Executive – Agricultural Machinery – Essex – £35,000 – £55,000

The Job:
This is a varied, hands on role combining sales and marketing within a growing agricultural business. You’ll be involved in promoting and selling tractors and machinery, while also helping manage online content and customer enquiries. Day to day, you’ll create listings for equipment, take photos for marketing, manage website content, and support social media activity. You’ll also assist with incoming enquiries and, as you gain experience, start managing your own sales pipeline.
It’s a role with plenty of scope to grow, where you’ll be able to build skills across both sales and marketing while playing a key part in the business.

The Company:
A well established, family run agricultural machinery business based in Essex. With over 50 years of experience in buying and selling tractors and equipment, they’ve built a strong reputation for honest, straightforward service and are now looking to continue their growth.

The Candidate:
– Positive, reliable, and keen to learn
– Good IT skills and comfortable working with websites and online platforms
– Interest in agriculture or machinery would be useful but not essential
– Confident speaking with customers and handling enquiries
– Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
– Willing to get stuck in and support across both sales and marketing
– Experience with photography or content creation would be an advantage
– Team player with a practical, down-to-earth approach

The Package:
– Salary £35,000 – £55,000 DOE
– Full-time, permanent role
– Free lunch provided

– Hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
