We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to become a valued part of an Estate Agency team. If you’re passionate about delivering great customer service, enjoy a varied, fast-paced role, and want to work with a fun team of like-minded individuals who enjoy coming to work, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Giving every customer a warm, professional welcome
Understanding the needs and goals of potential vendors and buyers
Communicating effectively with solicitors, vendors, buyers, and other key partners
Handling post-sale negotiations when required
Liaising with Financial Advisors and Mortgage Lenders to keep the sales process moving smoothly
Carrying out general sales administration, including typing letters, sending emails, and maintaining accurate records
Being fully involved in the sales journey from start to finish
Booking viewings, supporting the team, and confidently confirming offers
What We’re Looking For
Previous Estate Agency experience is highly desirable
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident IT abilities across a range of systems
An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
A positive, flexible, and committed attitude
Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive and fun team of like-minded individuals
The Details
Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire
Hours:
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm + every other Saturday, 9am-12pm
Part-time: 3 full days per week + every Saturday
