In this role, you are responsible for the management and development of our Sales Executives. Coordinating the targets of the team to ensure the sales potential is fully maximised, using a combination of up selling, account management, new customer acquisition and cross-selling as indicated within KPIs and performance targets. You would also manage your own portfolio, alongside being responsible for optimising your teams performance.

We employ 2,500 colleagues based across our depots around the UK from the highlands of Scotland to the Channel Islands. We recruit sales people to sell our fuel, oils and lubricants as well as drivers to deliver the products to our customers who may be individual home owners, farmers, small or large businesses! In addition, we have a dedicated team of service engineers who work within Team Energy.
