1to1 Group is currently seeking a driven and an inhouse Customer Services/Sales Co-ordinator for a fast-growing company in the Winchester area. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to join an organisation that has a clear people plan around developing their team and being part of driving the business forward into 2026 and the future.
Role Details:
·Winchester.
·8:30am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break
·Office Based
Key responsibilities:
·Be first point of contact for customers by phone and email
·Process customer orders and coordinate with internal depts and external suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery
·Monitor and track orders and resolve issues if they arise
·Develop a strong understanding of each customer account, how they operate and their specific needs, and provide tailored support that adds value
·Support sales team by providing product information, quotations and follow ups
Required skills and experience:
·Previous experience in a customer service or order process role
·Strong communication skills
·A team player with a proactive problem solving attitude
