Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading travel company who are recruiting a Sales Support Executive to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.
The Role:
As Sales Support Executive you’ll be at the heart of the Sales Support team. You will be working closely with the Sales and Product departments to deliver a smooth and efficient service. From managing travel bookings across ground and air operations to booking and ticketing international and domestic flights, you’ll ensure every detail runs perfectly from start to finish.
You Will Have:
Previous experience in operations and/or customer support within the travel industry (essential)
Strong GDS skills – Galileo preferred (cross-training possible)
Experience in ticketing, reissuing IT fares, and working with B2B/tour operator clients (desirable)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle situations calmly
Additional Info:
Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid role (3 days in the office in London)
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 or 10:00 – 18:30
1 in 3 Saturdays required
