Position: Sales Support Representative
Location: Park Gate, Southampton
Salary: £24,000
Work Pattern: 5-Day Working Week, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. If a weekend day is worked, you will be given a day off during the week.

We have a new opportunity to join our busy Park Gate Office as a Sales Support Representative due to an expansion of the team.
You are the first port of call for a customer enquiry, whether it be via email, phone, text, social media or live chat. It is up to you to make an exceptional first impression and to handle the customer enquiry and either pass them to the relevant department or book them a time to come in and view our stock.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent computer skills
Motivated and target driven
Be able to work under pressure
Be organised and have excellent communication skills
