We are currently recruiting for an Senior Business & Sales Support Executive to join the Team in Strabane or Lisburn.
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Per Week Monday-Friday.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as a key commercial partner to the North East depot team (Commercial, Distribution, and Credit Control) to deliver exceptional customer service, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence
Work closely within the North East Regional Commercial Team to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across all customer segments for both Fresh and UCO
Actively hunt new business utilising internal data, lost customer lists, and external intelligence to maximise sales potential and market penetration across all customer types in the North East region.
Support and coordinate high-value customer meetings, ensuring Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs) have the insight and preparation needed to secure and retain business.
Provide expert-level customer service, handling complex or escalated enquiries professionally while promoting the Frylite Solutions brand and values.
Contribute to the creation and execution of regional sales strategies, providing input based on market insight, performance analysis, and customer feedback.
Produce and present detailed sales and performance reports, offering data-driven recommendations to optimise sales effectiveness and customer retention.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM and customer data, overseeing updates, insights, and usage within the sales team to support effective decision-making.
Drive customer retention initiatives, conducting regular outbound relationship calls and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing accounts.
Manage and resolve complex complaints or service issues, ensuring swift, customer-focused resolutions and continuous improvement.
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 2 years successful experience selling over the phone
Ability to successfully negotiate with customers by building a strong relationship
Possess excellent telephone mannerism
Highly organised and proactive
Ability to be self-motivated and driven to meet set targets
Ability to demonstrate how you have lived Frylite Solutions’ Values in a previous role: Relationships, Respect, Work Ethic, Success and Excellence.
Excellent Communicator
Microsoft office skills, especially Excel
Desirable Criteria
Flexibility to travel to customer sites and other depots for meetings.
