Senior Business Development Manager – Programmatic
Salary: Up to £50,000 basic + uncapped commission
Location: London (Hybrid – Shared Office Environment)
Employment: Full Time, Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling, globally operating ad-tech business that specialises in high-performance programmatic and display advertising solutions.
The company has experienced strong international growth and partners with brands and media agencies to deliver measurable attention, engagement, and performance across digital campaigns. With proprietary formats and independently verified results, they are continuing to expand their UK commercial capability.
This role forms part of the business’s ongoing UK growth plans and offers genuine progression into senior commercial leadership.
The Role:
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will sit within a high-performing commercial team, responsible for generating new business revenue across agencies and brands within the UK market.
This is a new business-focused role, ideal for someone who is commercially driven, confident building pipeline, and motivated by targets and earning potential.
You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close, working closely with senior commercial leadership and operations to ensure successful campaign delivery.
The role is London-based, with an expectation to work regularly from a shared London office environment alongside the wider team.
Senior Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Identify and win new business opportunities across media agencies and brands
Build and maintain a strong, self-generated revenue pipeline
Pitch programmatic and display advertising solutions to key stakeholders
Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaign success
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

Senior Business Development Manager Requirements:
This role would suit someone who:
Is based in or within commuting distance of London
Has 4–7+ years’ experience in programmatic or ad-tech sales
Can demonstrate evidence of new business wins
Understands the digital media and programmatic ecosystem
Confident pitching to agency stakeholders
Target-driven, commercially motivated, and resilient
Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
