An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a growing independent estate agency in Romford, specialising in high-end residential property.
This is a fantastic chance to join a business that is genuinely on the rise. The sales team is led by a highly experienced Sales Manager who has already doubled the company’s sales revenue within the last year, creating strong momentum, excellent earning potential, and clear progression opportunities for the right individual.

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be involved in all aspects of the sales process, including:
Registering buyers and matching applicants to properties
Conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Generating new business opportunities
Progressing sales through to completion
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
Requirements
Minimum 6 months’ property experience (sales, lettings, or property admin considered)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Confident communication and negotiation skills
Well-presented and professional approach
Target-driven and motivated to succeed
Local knowledge of Romford and surrounding areas preferred
What’s on Offer
£25,000 basic salary
3-4% commission structure DOE
Realistic OTE of £35,000 – £40,000
